shopska salad

cut all the vegetables into small pieces. put pieces into salad bowl. add salt. chop parsley and add to salad bowl. season with olive oil and some aceto balsamico. toss. break feta cheese into small pieces (by hand), sprinkle on top of salad. serve. this bulgarian meal is usually consumed as starter with a glass or two of vodka.

the sushi afterwards was great!
